About GestMargens

GestMargens grew from experience in rental management and a desire to build clearer, more professional relationships between landlords and tenants.
Our multidisciplinary team brings together expertise in Civil Engineering, legal support, residential tenancy agreements and renovations. We combine day-to-day management with technical and legal support to care for your property and the people who live there.
We work across Greater Lisbon and the South Bank, within a radius of up to 100 km of Lisbon.

How much does management cost?
The management fee is 10% of the monthly rent. The terms and scope of the service are set out in the proposal.
Who handles repairs?
We coordinate the work with contractors and the landlord. Costs and responsibilities are assessed for each situation.
Will I stay informed about my property?
Yes. You stay informed about rent, issues and repairs, without having to handle all the day-to-day management.
How do you handle late rent payments?
We monitor payments and contact the tenant when rent is late. We keep the landlord informed and coordinate the necessary steps.
